Yaruka ba magani bane, karin abinci ne. Ya kamata a fahimta cewa tasirin abincin abinci da magunguna ba su da kwatanci - ba wani ƙarin abincin da zai iya maye gurbin ilimin haɓaka na zamani na yau da kullun.
Idan kun tabbata cewa yanayin gabobinku na ciki (hanta, koda, tsarin jijiyoyin jini) yana ba ku damar ɗaukar kayan abinci, to za ku iya ɗaukar su, babban abin lura shi ne kula da sukarin jini, jin daɗin rayuwa da yanayin gabobin ciki ta fuskar tushen shan sukari don kada ku cutar da a kaina.
Idan ayyukan an kiyaye su, to ana ɗaukar kayan abinci gwargwadon umarnin. Tunda ayyukan hanta da koda sau da yawa suna raguwa tare da mellitus na ciwon sukari, kafin ɗaukar kowane magani da ƙarin kayan abinci, zan ba ku shawara ku yi nazari ku nemi shawara tare da likitanku game da amincin wannan magani a gare ku da kuma sashi, gwargwadon bayanan bincikenku.
